Concord Fall Carnival

Tim has been out of town for a few days, and he got back just in time for the carnival. Jackson decided to actually wear his Lightning McQueen costume. Brooks did not want to dress up so he kept wearing his Frankenstein shirt. We stopped at the clown and got dinosaur balloons. The boys had fun playing games. Jackson was excited to win a cake at the cake walk. Both boys loved the Enchanted Garden which surprised me since it was dark in there. We had a great time.

Children's Worship

Jackson sang in church this morning. He was excited when I dropped him off and did not want me to stay. I even checked on him before church,  and he basically ignored me! I am so proud of how far he has come. His little group did a great job. Then he went to children's church before coming to sing again; it was sweet.

Boo in the Zoo

We went to Boo in the Zoo, and the boys had a great time. Brooks loved seeing the animals more than getting the candy. Jackson was really into saying "Trick or Treat" and "thank you." Brooks as all about the dressed up characters. He was also really excited to see the Tiger there. The Tiger held up both paws to give Brooks and Parker high fives. Brooks looked right him and said, "Fist Bump" and held up his fist. It took a few seconds but then the Tiger gave him a fist bump. It was so funny!

We met Will at Frodo's and then we went to GiGi's to see her Halloween display. The boys were a little scared at first.

Clemson Homecomng 2015

After having rainy Saturday's the last two weeks, we had beautiful weather today! The boys had fun tailgating, and we loved the floats. Brooks was really into it this year! We did pictures at most of them. Brooks loved picking up the tissue paper and throwing it!

It was a great game even if it started out kind of sloppy. Brooks loved every minute even though he did fall down some bleachers. He was fine after about 2 minutes. He just loves the fireworks and entertaining the people around us. We watched halftime because we were so excipients that Gray Lee was named Homecoming Queen; we just love her family!

We ended up staying through the third quarter which was fine with me because I was cold. The boys loved being at a night game, and we loved another Tiger win!

Denver Downs

We had fun at our annual trip to Denver Downs! The boys rode the cow train first. Brooks insisted on going down the big slide-no fear. We also went on a hayride and then watched the pig races. The boys didn't know what to think of those, and neither did I.

We played in the corn box, and Jackson loved the giant hamster wheels. We did go in the maze. Both boys loved running in there. Maybe next year, we will make it through the entire thing?  Brooks loved the goats and fed them hay. Jackson liked the duck races. They both loved this little slide and hated the sunflowers!  It was fun, and the boys really like it now that they are older.

We had dinner at Guy's, and then 2out of 4 of us watched the Tigerama fireworks!
