Clemson vs. FSU

Tim and I went to the Clemson- FSU game with my dad.  It has been raining for the past 3 weeks, and it was a rainy Saturday.  Thankfully the rain slowed to a drizzle.  This was a big game because the Tigers have been #1 this week.  The game started rough, but it ended with a Win!  We are headed to the ACC Championship.  We are still hanging on to the #1!

Last Day at Disney

We slept in and then got packed up.  We said good-bye to all of the cars and the Cozy Cone.  We did a little shopping before checking out.  We also played at the Nemo playground.

We were all sad to leave.  We stopped at Disney Springs on the way home to go back to the Lego Store.  With all of the stuff that you can buy at Disney, I was really happy that they boys did not beg for everything they saw. I was worried that we would have major fits like we have over cars at Target, but they didn't really ask for anything.

Brooks was still really grumpy, so we did not stay long.  It was also very humid there. We got on the road, and it was a long, rainy drive home.  We didn't get home until almost 10:00, and we were wiped out! Noni had a long ride in the back seat.

We had the best time and can't wait to go back.  It was so nice to have grandparents there to help with the kids.

Happy Halloween

We celebrated Halloween at the Art of Animation resort. Brooks and Jackson got to have a dance party with Goofy and Pluto. They had the best time. Then they got to do carnival games and earn more candy!  We ended up with big bags of candy.After that, they went played in the Nemo splash pad and then went swimming in the Nemo pool. They had so much fun.

We ended the night with pizza.  We had to say good-bye to Grandpa and Grandma since they were leaving so early.  The boys had a great time with them. Jackson only wanted to ride rides with Grandpa. I am so glad we all got to experience the boys' first Disney trip together.

Chef Mickey's and Animal Kingdom

We woke up early and went to the Contemporary to have breakfast at Chef Mickey's/  We had the best time. The buffet was really good.  The boys were so excited when the characters came to our table. It is such a fun place. Pluto skipped our table, so we had to chase him down!

We went to Animal Kingdom next. It was not as crowded, and we went straight for Kali River Rapids.  Jackson actually rode it too.  I wore my Clemson poncho because I did not want to spend the day soaked.  We actually barely got wet.  Jackson held my hand.  He loved it. Noni rode it with them the next time, and I stayed with Grumpy-Brooks. That time they did get wet.

We walked through one of the trails and then headed to our safari. The safari was awesome!  Jackson was a little nervous, and Brooks loved it!  We saw so many animals and had a really close encounter with a giraffe. I didn't get to take many pictures because I had to hold onto Brooks so he wouldn't jump out of the jeep!  That was one of my favorite things.

We took a train ride, ate some lunch, and headed to Dino Land. Brooks slept.  We also met Safari Mickey and Minnie. Jackson rode some more rides and ate a Mickey ice cream. Brooks woke up in a rotten mood.  He was not happy at all.  I tried to get him to ride the dinosaur ride, and he was mad the entire time.  We went to see the Nemo show.  Brooks cried the whole time, so I took him out. Then he cried the whole time to go back in. It was crazy!

Then we watched as Tim, Grandma, and Grandpa rode Everest. Brooks loved watching it, and that made him happy.  Then Tim and I rode it.  It was the best ride! I loved it!

We headed back to the hotel.
