Happy Birthday Brooks!

Brooks had an exciting birthday. He woke up and had a vanilla sprinkle donut. Noni took him to school while I went to the doctor (James Walker will be here Thursday.  Apparently he is quite comfortable where he is.  Good news is that my blood pressure is 104/70 about 20-30 points lower than when I am working!) . Then I went to school for Brooks's birthday snack. He took Munchkins, strawberries, and crackers.

Critter Keeper was at the school. I stayed and watched that. Brooks sat with his teacher Mrs. Anna. I loved watching his face when the guy brought out his animals. He was especially funny when the guy  got out the iguana. Jackson was fun to watch too. Of course, I was chosen to help hold this huge snake or a cheese snack as the boys called it. They loved it!

Both boys wanted to stay at school, so I ran a few errands and then met the boys and Noni at Wendy's for lunch. That is where Brooks wanted to go. He has been so excited!

We tried to take a nap, but he was too excited for that. Then Jackson had a game. He had two great hits, but he spent his time in the field playing in the dirt. Brooks and Grady played and tried to climb the fence.

Then we had pizza and cookie cake at our house. Brooks was so excited about everything. He loved opening his presents. He got a water wall, a balance bike, Lion Guard stuff, a car, and a fire truck. He also got some masks that go with P.J. masks

I love how Brooks is full of energy and personality. This is his first time really getting into his birthday. I am so glad he had a great and busy birthday!
