Alexa's Wedding

Today we celebrated another Griswald wedding! Alexa and B.J. Got married at the Curahee Club in Georgia. It is absolutely beautiful there! The boys got to play with Will and Brynlee before the wedding. They practiced riding in the wagon before too.

The wedding was beautiful and perfect for Alexa. I can't believe she is married! Brooks took a nap right before the wedding and was awake to go down the aisle in the wagon. Jackson slept right through it. Brooks, Will, and Parker rode in the wagon. Brooks had to have his popi!

The little ones loved the reception because we let them get in the pool. Brooks loved the fountain area. He has no fear when it comes to water! He loved crawling through the water and getting hit in the face!

We left before the party at the lake house because Jackson wasn't feeling well. It was a long, whiny ride home.

Picking Strawberries

We picked strawberries Thursday night! It was hard with Brooks. Jackson liked it though. This was the best we could get.

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter. The boys looked in their baskets before we left for church. I think Jackson loved his books! Brooks liked his phone. Then we went to church.

The boys got their baskets at Noni's.

Then we went to lunch at Cookie's house. All of the little boys had fun playing and hunting eggs.

Will and Jackson loved the bunny cake!

Easter Egg Hunt

This morning we went to an Easter Egg hunt at Central.  Since it is still cold and rainy, it was inside. Both boys had fun.  Jackson made several crafts and had fun finding eggs.  Brooks crawled around everywhere.

Then we went to Noni's to dye eggs.  These were much prettier!

Easter Eggs

We dyed Easter eggs last night. Our dye was really old...

If you can't tell, it is really cold and rainy here!

Atlanta

We left early for a day in Atlanta. Noni, Papa J, and TuTu came with us. We went to Phipps first o get pictures with the Easter Bunny. This will be Brooks' first Easter, but we have never taken Jackson to get his picture made with the Easter Bunny. Brooks was fine at first. We did get Jackson to sit beside the bunny. Of course. He had his hands in his mouth. Eventually Brooks lost it. Oh well!

Then we hopped on the MARTA. Papa J has been wanting to take Jackson. At first he was really scared.  Brooks liked it. We got off and ate lunch at The Varsity. There were lots of people there. My burger was great. Brooks ate an entire grilled cheese, and Jackson ate a hot dog. We all enjoyed our lunch. Jackson was our comedian. We were just finishing when he yelled, "Who's in charge here? Who's in charge here?" He is crazy. We took the train back. Immediately when we got off, Jackson wanted back on.

Our last stop in Atlanta was the Dekalb International Farmers Market. I remember going here as a child. Jackson slept through it, Brooks was awake. It is quite an experience. We bought bread and desserts. Brooks was a wild man on the way home. Jackson watched Toy Story.

We stopped at the outlets and got Jackson a milkshake. Brooks ended up drinking it. He loved it!

We had a great day! Jackson pitched a fit and wanted to stay with Noni and Papa J. He was fine when we got home and put up our new bunny present from Noni. Jackson had such a great day. He keeps saying he wants to go back! It made it even that he was with three of his favorite people- Noni,TuTu, and Papa J.
