Jackson loved the beach this year. He loved the sand and the water. He never wanted to leave. We had some great tide pools that were perfect for the kids. Jackson and Noni built a sand village every afternoon.
Brooks had a love/hate relationship with the beach. I think it was because he just didn't feel well. He did like playing with the tractors in the sand and knocking down the sand castles. He also loved watching the diggers dig in the sand.
We had some great seafood- low country boil, crabs, and fish. The Watson were at Litchfield too so we enjoyed dinner with them at the Pawley's Island Tavern.
We rented a golf cart this year, and it was worth every penny! The kids loved it! We went for morning and evening rides. They especially liked visiting the alligator that lives in a pond right beside this house. We also saw some bunnies on our rides.
Jackson and Brooks loved spending the week with Brynlee, Luvi, and TuTu. Even though we didn't really go anwhere (except the ER), we still had fun playing cards, making jewelry and spending time with everyone.
